Who is your audience and what do they REALLY want?”
Thursday, November 29 | 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM
ATB Entrepreneur Centre, Lethbridge

The number one reason why businesses fail is there is no need for their product or service. The tendency is to focus on product development rather than customer development.
Instead of asking “How do I sell to my customer?”, in this workshop we explore “Why do people buy?”.
We will zero in on who your customer is, what they really want and how you can deliver the product or service they need.
After the workshop, you can set up a 1:1 session with Hannah here.
Hannah Cree is a connector; she is a sieve for information for all things Social Entrepreneurship & Social Impact. She is leading the social entrepreneurship strategy at ATB through providing workshops, online education & social entrepreneur strategy sessions.
Hannah is also the co-founder of CMNGD (COMMONGOOD), a social impact linen business tailored to the hospitality industry providing transitional employment to people facing poverty and homelessness.
Hannah is active in the entrepreneurial ecosystem by supporting community initiatives like ATB X Accelerator, Fuse 33 Makerspace, Work Nicer and Startup Calgary.
