There are often multiple priorities pulling you in different directions with hundreds of decision points over the course of each day. It can be exhausting, overwhelming, and sometimes even paralyzing. It’s hard to step back and think through the best course of action when you are racing just to keep up.

It doesn’t have to be that way.

In this session I will help calm some of that chaos through tactics that will cover:

1. Improving decision making around what you work on and when
2. Prioritizing your day-to-day tasks
3. Time-blocking your ideal week

Ashley Janssen

Ashley Janssen is a writer, executive coach, speaker and serial entrepreneur. Ashley writes a weekly email newsletter called Every Intention (ashleyjanssen.com). She provides one-on-one executive coaching for entrepreneurs and business leaders. She also speaks on a variety of topics related to, productivity, intention, and resilience.

In addition, Ashley is a co-founder of Code and Effect (codeandeffect.com), a software consultancy that specializes in developing custom association management software (AMS) for professional, regulatory, and member organizations. She is also co-founder of Tadum (tadum.app), an online agenda app that helps teams get organized and stay accountable through better meetings.

She is active in her community as a Threshold Impact Venture Mentoring Service (TIVMS) mentor and as a member of the Canadian Society of Association Executives (CSAE) Alberta Network Council. She was selected for the Avenue Magazine Top 40 Under 40 in 2017.
