Allison Moore

As an arts champion Allison elevates and advocates for arts organizations and through creating a collaborative community, nurtures connections and growth throughout Alberta.

As an arts and culture consultant over the past 5 years and throughout the pandemic Allison has supported, and inspired over 200 arts organizations from across Alberta through Business/Arts artsvest matching incentive and mentorship training program to create over 500 sponsorships with their local business community.

As the Co-Producer of Calgary Expo’s POW! Parade of Wonders, Allison has built the event into North America’s largest cosplay parade bringing joy and once-in-a-lifetime memories to over 23,000 cosplayers, special celebrity guests and spectating fans in Calgary. (Returning April 22 in front of the ATB Branch for Arts & Culture in Calgary)

As Mass Culture’s Network Group Conduit Allison generates strategies to grow a healthy network, steward connections around research topics and enhance the equitable mobilization of arts and culture research across Canada.

Allison is a self-confessed Icelandophile and an OG drag queen superfan.

Jason Flammia

Jason Flammia is an Arts Development Consultant – Music, for the Arts Branch and Alberta Foundation for the Arts, managing grant programs for musicians, major arts festivals and professional performing arts organizations. Jason has developed an array of grant programs for both the public and private sectors. From 2012 – 2018, Jason was the founder and executive director for the Up and Downtown Music Festival (UP+DT), a multi-venue festival based in Edmonton that celebrates independent music and art. In addition, Jason has worked in book publishing and as an independent music promoter, receiving grants as an artist and an arts administrator from both the public and private sectors.

Erika is an Entrepreneur Strategist, based out of the Entrepreneur Centre in Calgary. Entrenched in community development, and small business, Erika brings a passion for networking, connecting, and collaborating to her work. Being a small business owner herself, she understands the roller coaster of entrepreneurship and loves utilizing her knowledge, tools, resources, and experience to help bring an inspired perspective to her clients. Specializing in business planning, marketing, research, management, and financials, sharing her knowledge, and building entrepreneurs up for long-term success is her focus.
