If you are an owner of a corporation or serve as a board of director on a non-for-profit organization, it is important to understand how to read through a financial statement of a corporation to be able to extract important data about the financial performance of the entity to be able to make decisions regarding the allocation of resources. Financial statements are often reviewed by government agencies, banks, stakeholders, donors and other to ensure accuracy and for tax, financing or investing purposes.

  • Learn about what are financial statements and details of key information presentation on the statements?
  • Learn about the data presented on a “Balance Sheet” and “Profit and Loss” statements.
  • Learn about step by step “Cash flow” statement analysis.
  • Learn about where your cash flow budget fits into the overall operations of the corporation.

This seminar is ideal for incorporated small to medium sized businesses and non-for-profit directors.
