Through long hours, burning the candle at both ends, sacrificing our health and wellness and working HARDER.The simple truth is that this only leads to BURNOUT which has you looking for a new job, entering conversations in a reactive state, taking more sick/stress leave and HATING your job.

When we prioritize our health and well-being, we can get more work done, be more creative, communicate better and achieve better results.
Trish will teach simple, effective, and FAST mindful techniques to help you avoid burnout and even better, achieve great results.


About the Speaker: Trish Tutton

Unlike other consultants, Trish has worked in organizations for the better part of her career, navigating teams, problem solving and doing the work. This positions her uniquely to offer practical and realistic solutions for integrating mindfulness at work. She’s thrilled now to work with companies that know that the well-being of their staff directly influences the well-being of their company.

Trish is a a certified yoga and mindfulness teacher having completed several trainings including ‘Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction’ developed at the University of Massachusetts Medical Centre as well as Google’s Mindfulness and Emotional Intelligence course, Search Inside Yourself. She has also completed Co-Active’s Coaching Fundamentals Course and prides herself on being a supportive coach to those she works with.
She has thousands of hours of her own mindfulness practice and walks her talk regularly. She believes, in the words of Annie Dillard that, “How we spend our days is, of course, how we spend our lives” and that spending over 90,000 hours at work in a lifetime is an opportunity to work happier.
Trish has taught thousands of professionals the transformative benefits of simple mindful practices: from being more efficient at work, kinder in our relationships to experiencing less stress and burnout on a daily basis.
