Target Customer: Be as selective in identifying your customers as you are your mate

Tuesday, March 27 | 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM

ATB Entrepreneur Centre, Calgary

In a business, the most important relationship is with your customers. This relationship can have many impacts on your business: cashflow, profitability, perception in the marketplace, etc. It is surprising then, given the stakes, that businesses don’t take a more critical approach to choosing which customers to target.

In the same way we as humans are very selective about who we seek to enter personal relationships with, businesses need to be just as selective about who we court as customers. This principle is especially true in the early days of searching for our “first true love”.

This presentation will be a discussion format drawing on past and real-time examples of lessons learned in finding the right customers to be in relationships with.
