You will gain insight into the tendencies of the mind and how stress impacts your nervous system. You will also learn simple yet effective breath work and meditation techniques to calm the mind, improve focus, energy levels and reduce stress.

About the Speaker:
An accomplished professional & engineer/MBA with over 10 years in corporate sales, Divya has won several accolades whilst working with global giants like IBM and Oracle. Mid-way through her sales career, Divya underwent a wellness transformation through breathing and meditation that significantly impacted her personal and professional well-being. She was able to find effective coping mechanisms to combat the stress & anxiety that were having a serious impact on her health and well-being.Her own journey inspired Divya to become actively involved with community and volunteer work around mental health causes. Today, Divya is a certified meditation instructor with the Art of Living Foundation- a global non-profit, an ICHWC-certified wellness coach, and co-founder of The Human Prism, a psychology and mindfulness centric well-being venture. She has taught stress management workshops across India and Canada to hundreds of individuals, youth and corporates and brings over a collective experience of over 2000 volunteering, meditation training and facilitation hours. She has also been involved in organizing and fundraising for large scale events supporting mental health awareness. Her mission is to support individuals, entrepreneurs and corporates in integrating well-being in their lives. She believes that change begins with you and once you take responsibility for your happiness, nothing can come in the way of your success.
