About your speaker:

Lynn Ludwig began her career in payroll by assisting the Payroll department by totaling the
hours on the employee’s time card and gradually taking on more responsibility in the payroll and benefits administration and worked her way to senior management roles.

Lynn obtained the Certified Payroll Manager designated in April 2008 and maintains a
membership in good standing with the Canadian Payroll Association.  Lynn has more than 15 years of full cycle payroll experience; Payroll Management experience and technical experience. Lynn has worked as the Payroll Manager at a variety of private industries including Health Care, Insurance, Construction, and non profits ranging in employee count from 200 to 13,000+; both union and non union environments.

Lynn’s passion is consulting to private companies who are implementing new systems. She has
implemented Simplicity, TimeStar, Workday, Kronos, ePeople, several ADP and Ceridian
products and has used at least a dozen more HRIS systems throughout her career. Lynn has
also taught payroll courses at NAIT.
