Open Mic: What I Learned About Marketing Small Business From Running Social Media For a Billion-Dollar Brand

Thursday, May 19 | 12:15 PM - 1:00 PM

ATB Entrepreneur Centre, Lethbridge

Bring your lunch & your question to join ATB Financial and Community Futures Lethbridge Region for an in-person open mic conversation with London Road Marketing!

This months edition of Open Mic will cover Lane Anderson’s leanings from running social media for PokerStars for years, when he turned his attention to small business marketing.

Some of what he knew about how to market this large, multinational brand was very effective when applied to small business, and other things were not effective at all. This session will detail how small business marketing is different than marketing large enterprises, which tactics are most effective, and the value of competence and consistency over creativity.
