Isha Kriya – Meditation for Beginners will be led by Anjana Babbar, a trained volunteer of Isha Edmonton. Isha Kriya is free, simple, and easy to practice. Daily practice of this meditation brings health, dynamism, peace and wellbeing.
About your Facilitator:
Anjana Babbar is a trained dance professional, a successful entrepreneur, Founder and Artistic Director of Jeevan Gopal dance academy – the biggest Bollywood dance school in Edmonton. She has danced her way to people’s hearts in India and Canada. Currently using the platform of her dance academy to train budding dancers of this diverse and dynamic community touching lives through her unique skill set which involves engaging people from all walks of life, promoting the joy of dancing and actively volunteering in various cultural celebrations, award shows, fashion shows and fundraisers in the city.
