This session will cover basics of a social media strategy, after which we’ll dig into leveraging LinkedIn as a sales/reconnaissance tool for businesses. We’ll cover the basic components of the profile, along with some advanced search features that allow users to focus in on a very specific audience demographics. We’ll then explore how to set up paid campaigns on LinkedIn. This session will be most useful for BtoB type businesses, but some BtoC businesses that target a professional audience will also find the content useful.
Pre-requisites for this session are for attendees to already have a LinkedIn profile set up. A good idea of your target audience and persona. Also, it would be helpful if you bring a laptop to the session to follow along on your own profiles.
