Jonathan Gallo, CPA, CA, MBA
Jonathan Gallo is the Principal and Owner of Gallo and Company Chartered Professional Accountants. Prior to starting Gallo and Company he worked in both mid-sized and large national firms which has allowed him to have a diverse skill set with varied experience. He is an In-Depth Tax Practitioner allowing his clients to receive unparalleled tax planning advice. His passion is assisting private entities, high net worth individuals, and entrepreneurial individuals in tax planning in order to reduce the tax impact on their hard work.
Matthew Peddie, CPA, MPAcc
Matthew Peddie has been working in public accounting with Gallo and Company Chartered Professional Accountants for 3 years. Matthew received his CPA designation in August 2017 and graduated with a Masters of Professional Accounting from the University of Saskatchewan in August 2016. Prior to this, he completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree at MacEwan University where he was a student-athlete for 4 years. Matthew’s accounting experience is varied from corporate and personal taxes to reviews, audits and advisory and consulting work.
Preet Sandhu, CPA, CA
Preet Sandhu, CPA, CA is the Senior Manager at Gallo and Company Chartered Professional Accountants. Preet graduated from the University of Alberta in 2009. From there he articled at a large national accounting firm, where he was able to obtain his CA designation in 2011. Moving from a large firm to a small to medium sized firm has allowed Preet to work with many different industries and scenarios. This allows Preet to provide his clients the best value and advice, both for tax (corporate and personal) and business.
Shavinder Kingra, CPA, CA
Shavinder Kingra has 6 years’ experience working in the accounting industry, with most of his experience related to working with owner managed businesses.
Starting a business can be difficult, cumbersome, and stressful, Shavinder is here to help alleviate some of these complications so that future business owners can focus on their clients.
As a business owner himself, his goal is to educate other entrepreneurs on how to successfully launch a company from its inception stages.
Gurwinder Sekhon, CPA
Gurwinder Sekhon is a Manager at Gallo and Company Chartered Professional Accountants. He Graduated University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree. Prior to joining Gallo and Company, Gurwinder previously worked for the Canada Revenue Agency for 5 years in the Audit and Debt Services Division. Gurwinder has also articled at a large national firm working mainly on the international tax team and a mid-sized firm specializing cross-border taxation in the lower mainland.
