This workshop will develop a baseline understanding of mindfulness and demystify how it can be applied in the workplace to develop leadership and emotional intelligence skills. These skills are highly effective in increasing focus, increasing productivity, managing stress, cultivating creativity, and improving resilience.

About the Speaker:

Tahira is a mindfulness coach, passionate about making mindfulness relatable and accessible to change the lives of those who are going to change our world. Tahira has a Bachelor in Management and Organizational Skills specializing in Human Resources from the University of Western Ontario. She has completed training at Berkeley University in the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Program, the mindfulness and leadership program that was developed and is taught at Google, and will be certified to teach this course in early 2020. With her HR and business operations background, she integrates a unique strategic perspective with regards to employee performance and engagement in corporate groups.
