Remember that employee you hired and after 90 days it felt like you interviewed somebody else?
We might know what went wrong…and we can help. Have you ever felt unsure of a new hire? We all have at one time or another. You have a hiring process that you belief is foolproof, right?
You likely thoroughly read the resumes, ask great interview questions and make the reference calls. When this goes smoothly it is easy to think you just hired a “rock star”. The problem is, too often you might find out later that you just hired a “stone” and we are not talking about Mick Jagger!
What if by adding only one more element to your hiring process you greatly improve your insight into those potential team members? Would knowing how they interact with others, what motivates them or how to coach them in specific areas to integrate them on to your team faster be helpful?
Employee assessments can give organizations and managers consistent, in-depth, and objective information about their existing and potential people. For fifteen years Keldar Leadership has been supporting clients with valuable information and insight that reduces the chance of making a mistake that could negatively impact the entire team.
