Our goal is for you to leave this session feeling better than when you came in because the habits of a healthy workday are designed to help you destress and refresh within minutes! Through interactive stress management habits along with examples of physical workspace alterations, this engaging and hands-on workshop will support you in mitigating relevant stressors and have you planning for your most successful and healthy workplace culture.

The Speaker: Tim Kessler

Ergonomic Wellness Specialist, Tim Kessler, conducts workspace assessments and wellness training, and provides consultation on designing healthy work environments. His experience in personal wellness, Occupational Health and Safety, and high stress work environments provide Tim passion for empowering his clients to gain physical mobility, remedy stress, and to design healthy work habitats.
