Choosing the Right Business Model and Scaling Through Exceptional Customer Service

The founders of energy tea brand, Rviita, will discuss choosing the right business model and scaling through exceptional customer service. We believe any great business needs to satisfy the NECST criteria – meaning Need, Entry, Control, Scale, and Time. A great business must solve a Need that exists in the marketplace; it must have a sufficient barrier to Entry so that you are not entering a crowded space; you must have Control of all facets of your business so that you are not dependent on a third party to build your brand; your business must have the ability to Scale and grow with time, meaning you will be able to distribute it effectively; and your business must ultimately be able to free you of you having to give it all your Time. We will then talk about how exceptional customer service is an incredible marketing and growth tool. We will go into detail of how thank you cards, personalized phone calls, and personal deliveries are an incredible way to build a brand and truly make a difference.
Workshop attendees who are new to entrepreneurship will be given a foundation in what makes a great, scalable business model that can truly help people in the marketplace. It will help them avoid businesses that don’t solve a market need, or are not setup to scale long term.
Existing business owners will be given specific customer service tips that have worked for Rviita and can be implemented right away.
