Jeff Lutzak is a partner at Collins Barrow Calgary with a focus on private companies. Jeff has over 11 years experience working with entrepreneurial private companies over a variety of industries including those in manufacturing, retail, construction and professional services. Jeff provides accounting, audit, tax planning, corporate structuring, assistance with financing and other business advisory services to his clients. Jeff is also a member of the Collins Barrow national IT Committee.
Terry Booth is a partner at Collins Barrow Calgary and leader of the technology practice. Terry has extensive experience working with entrepreneurial public and private companies including those in the technology, manufacturing, retail, agricultural and oilfield services sectors. Terry has focused on technology for over 20 years – as an auditor and advisor, as a CFO and as a board member. Terry provides a wide range of services to his technology clients, including audit and tax services, business consulting, strategic guidance, due diligence assistance, mergers and acquisition consulting and assistance with debt and equity financing.
