ATB Entrepreneur Centre, Edmonton
When running and building a business, things tend to become complicated in a hurry. The faster our business moves, the faster we tend to make decisions, and the faster we tend to make mistakes.
In an effort to reduce complication, we will break down your business into simply 4-building blocks. We use our 4- Business Building B locks Model to help uncover hidden elements and their challenges that prevent you and your business from realizing their true potential.
Bruce will guide you through a process of understanding what your real goals and objectives are and how to significantly minimize the risks associated with the obstacles you identify. This process also includes looking at the specific mechanics of your business, and how these mechanics work both with each other and independently.
You and your business are capable of so much more ! Let Workplaces show you how to boost confidence so you are able to achieve what you set out to do with more control and less uncertainty.
